Service Administrator

Full time (Monday – Friday) 40 Hours per week


£17,000 – £19,000 (subject to knowledge and experience)

The Role:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic administrator, to provide support to our regional maintenance administration teams and enhance efficiency. You will need to be willing to learn and complete a variety of administrative tasks in a positive manner and have the ability to work in a team environment, supporting those around you when the needs arises.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Gather and input engineers weekly timesheet information onto our CAFM system
  • Process engineer and specialist subcontractor worksheets
  • Raising jobs in order for them to be scheduled by the regional administration teams
  • Upload and attach various documentation to ours and the specific client systems
  • Produce customer welcome packs for new customers of Corrigenda
  • Inputting job sheet and purchase order information to enable invoices to be raised
  • Scanning information onto our CAFM system
  • Raising purchase orders and distributing to engineers
  • Liaise with administration supervisors to ensure effective communication
  • Populate and input contract data into excel spreadsheets
  • Provide support and information when client monthly reports are being prepared
  • General administrative duties

Skills and experience:

  • A self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate – must be confident in all Microsoft Office packages
  • The ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude to change by demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Presentable as well as articulate
