Pat oversees the Corrigenda quality & KPI programme whilst managing complex priorities and stakeholder expectations. Delivering day to day financial & project management accountability, he procures third party advice and resources from a trusted base of industry contacts. Holding overall health, safety and welfare responsibility, Pat also ensures a clear audit trail for accreditation purposes. With a flair for directing and monitoring his Design & Contract teams, he is proactive and highly self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in the most pressurised working environments.
