Business Support Manager - Surrey Area

Full Time / Monday – Friday
Surrey – but will be required to travel to other offices across the South
£37,000 – £45,500 (depending on experience)

Corrigenda are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Business Support Manager to support our continued growth and development as a multi service maintenance provider in the South of England.
Reporting to the Head of Business Support, you will work closely with other managers across the business to ensure optimum and ongoing performance in line with company strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include
(but not limited to):

• Oversee and effectively manage the contract administration department to ensure their responsibilities and objectives are achieved in a timely and effective way
• Work alongside the Account/Contract Managers to strengthen the collaborative working relationship between operational and the administrative roles and functions, whilst maintaining appropriate WIP levels across the contracts
• Support the teams in delivering an integrated, responsive, and effective service across the regional offices
• Improve service delivery through maximising efficiencies and effectiveness by continuing to improve processes and systems
• Actively share best practices throughout teams/departments and seek opportunities for profit improvement and profitable organic growth
• Working with the operational team to ensure first class delivery is achieved and CAFM systems are maintained
• Set up annual planned preventative maintenance plans with contract administration team
• Ensure process and procedures operate in accordance with Corrigenda quality systems
• To provide support in specific business projects that improve the delivery to customers
• Assist with mobilisation of new awarded contracts and renewal of existing contracts, ensuring a smooth transition
• Ensuring client reports are produced and submitted in time monthly and/or quarterly by the administration team
• Deputise the Head of Business Support when required

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with facilities services delivery
• The ability to communicate clearly, confidently in a professional manner at all levels both internally and externally
• Commercial and financial awareness
• Experienced with managing a team and carrying out basic HR tasks
• Extremely Organised demonstrating good attention to detail
• Self-Motivated with high levels of efficiency and pro-activity
• IT literate

• Experience in a similar role within the industry
• Setting up facilities services contracts on CAFM systems
• Demonstrate initial set up of annual PPM servicing plans on large multi-disciplined contracts


• Basic salary £37,000 – £45,500 (depending on experience)
