HR Administrator
FULL TIME – 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience

Corrigenda are growing and are looking for pro-active HR Administrator, who will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR administration to support our growing business. As an HR Administrator in a small HR team you will have opportunities to be involved with a variety of HR related activities.
This role will predominantly be operating from our head office in Whiteley but may be required to work from other offices across the South
Key Responsibilities Include
(but not limited to):
• Manage day:day queries in the HR mailboxes and by phone
• Update and maintain our Sap HR system and become an expert in the HR system
• Run reports from HR system as required
• Contracts, offers and all HR letter administration
• Manage compliance training – arranging, coordinating and booking mandatory training courses
• Undertake compliance checks such as DBS
• Coordinate induction and onboarding process from start to finish including reference requests, arranging induction sessions, ensuring all parts of the onboarding process including fleet, tools and equipment operate smoothly
• Manage the leaver process
• Support the HR team with recruitment process, this will include uploading vacancies to job sites, arranging interviews, supporting career fairs and more
• Manage the administration for annual pay reviews and bonuses
• Manage probation and performance reviews with line managers and their team
• Assist with the administering of the payroll
• Action parking charge notices and speeding fines for employees
• Assist in HR project work as and when required
• Assist with other work activities when required and provide team cover during holidays/sickness
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
• Previous administration experience
• IT Literate with strong Microsoft Word, Excel skills and knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience of handling high volumes of administration work
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Resilient and resourceful
• Personable, proactive and able to build rapport at all levels
• Able to offer solutions to problems that have been identified
Desirable:
• SAPbyDesign experience
