Contract details

NEC3 Term Service Contract for the Repair and Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for Property & Housing Assets. This contract is an open book, cost reimbursement contract, the services are divided into four main service areas:

  • Responsive repairs and maintenance
  • Routine and cyclical servicing
  • Out of hours repairs
  • Ad hoc planned maintenance task orders
  • Contract arrangement on a 24/7 basis
