Job Summary

Corrigenda is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Contract Support Team, supporting the delivery of maintenance and engineering services across a diverse portfolio of properties including schools, offices, healthcare facilities and public sector buildings.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business where you’ll play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating maintenance activities and helping operational teams deliver an exceptional service.
No two days are the same. You’ll be at the centre of the operation, ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently, engineers have the information they need, and jobs are progressed through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Include
(but not limited to):
As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll:
Customer Service & Helpdesk Support
• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Log maintenance requests accurately within our CAFM systems.
• Gather key information to ensure jobs are allocated correctly.
• Provide updates on job progress and engineer attendance.
• Respond to customer enquiries and support requests.
• Build positive relationships with customers and site contacts.
Coordination & Administration
• Create and manage work orders.
• Allocate and progress jobs through workflow stages.
• Monitor open jobs and chase updates from operational teams.
• Ensure records are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Support engineers and subcontractors with job administration.
• Raise purchase orders and process supplier information.
Performance & Service Delivery
• Monitor service level targets and identify potential delays.
• Escalate concerns and service risks to management.
• Support emergency call handling and urgent maintenance requests.
• Assist in maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the contract.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
Essential Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Customer Service or Administration role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
Desirable (but not essential)
• Experience within Facilities Management, Property Services, Maintenance or Engineering environments.
• Experience using CAFM or work management systems.
• Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs).
