BMS Controls Technical Service Manager - Hampshire

We are seeking a talented Building Management System (BMS) Controls Manager to join our team at Corrigenda Limited. In this role, you will lead a team of installation engineers and be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing BMS control systems to enhance energy efficiency across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of BMS platforms such as Honeywell Trend, Siemens Desigo, Johnson Controls Metasys, and other industry-leading systems.

Key Responsibilities Include
(but not limited to):

Leadership: Lead and manage a team of installation engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of BMS control systems.
System Design and Configuration: Utilize your experience and expertise to design and configure BMS control systems, taking into account project requirements, energy efficiency goals, and industry best practices.
Energy Optimization: Develop strategies and implement solutions to optimize energy usage through the effective control and management of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and other energy-consuming equipment.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in BMS systems, including Honeywell Trend, Siemens Desigo, Johnson Controls Metasys, and other leading platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to maximize system performance.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their energy goals and requirements, providing expert advice and recommending tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, providing training opportunities and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to BMS design, configuration, and energy optimization.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of BMS designs, configurations, and energy optimization strategies, ensuring completeness and clarity for future reference.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS design, configuration, and optimization.
• Proven experience with Honeywell Trend, Siemens Desigo, Johnson Controls Metasys, and other industry-leading BMS platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Experience in optimizing energy usage through BMS control systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
