Business Administrator
FULL TIME – 40 hours per week
Salary band: £20,000 – £24,500, (subject to knowledge and experience)

Corrigenda are growing and are looking for an experienced and pro-active Business Administrator, who will be responsible for client invoicing and producing monthly client management reports.
This role will predominantly be operating from our head office in Whiteley but may be required to work from other offices across the South.
Key Responsibilities Include
(but not limited to):
• Raise accurate client sales invoices and perform daily invoicing functions
• Price reactive jobs accurately using contract specific terms
• Ensure monthly applications are prepared correctly for client approval
• Submit invoices direct to client within agreed timeframe
• Respond and manage invoicing queries
• Liaise with operations to update forecasts
• Updating and maintain CAFM system
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to chase for costs / invoices to be processed on the system
• Working towards department KPIs and deadlines
• Assist with producing monthly client management reports
• Update and maintain ePPM – Corrigenda customer portal
• General administrative duties
• Assist with other work activities when required and provide team cover during
holidays/sickness
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
• Ideally have previous experience with generating monthly applications and sales invoices (minimum 1 year)
• IT Literate with outstanding Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience of handling high volumes of administration work
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Resilient and resourceful
• Personable, proactive and able to build rapport at all levels
• Able to offer solutions to problems that have been identified
Package:
• Basic salary £20,000 – £24,500 (subject to knowledge and experience)
