HR Manager
FULL TIME – 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience

Corrigenda are looking for pro-active HR Manager, who will be responsible for the successful delivery of all operational HR matters. The role will cover the range of generalist HR activities and will have a key focus on employee relations as well as recruitment and learning and development.
This role will predominantly be operating from our head office in Whiteley but may be required to work from other offices across the South
Key Responsibilities Include
(but not limited to):
• Responsible for all operational HR matters – ensuring effective delivery across an employee life cycle such as; recruitment, induction, reward and recognition, learning and development, HR compliance, policies and procedures, performance management and payroll
• Develop and manage the HR team
• Support the Leadership team, Managers and the HR team to ensure all employee relations issues are managed appropriately and in a timely manner
• Working and encouraging managers to take the management lead in resolving employee relations issues
• Working with management to deliver TUPE transfers, developing consultation documents, support the consultation process and delivering the required due diligence in line with TUPE and internal requirements
• To ensure the provision of advice and support on both the people and employment law aspects
• Successfully design and deliver in-house coaching, training and support to managers in HR related activities
• Oversee and ensure checks are in place for the payroll process on a monthly basis
• Provide HR reporting as required to Management teams
• Ensure accurate and effective utilisation of HR systems
• Manage the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures
• To work with Managers on the design, development, planning and implementation of any organisational changes
• Take a lead on HR project work which will also include providing advice and guidance to the HR team to ensure successful delivery
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
• Experience operating as a HR Manager
• Proven experience of providing advice and guidance to managers across a wide range of HR & employer relations areas
• CIPD Qualified – Level 5 and above
• TUPE experience
• Strong commercial mindset
• IT Literate with strong Microsoft Word, Excel skills and knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Resilient and resourceful
• Personable, proactive and able to build rapport at all levels
• Able to offer solutions to problems that have been identified
Desirable:
• SAPbyDesign experience
• Experience in similar industry
