Maintenance Contract Supervisor
FULL TIME – 40 hours per week

Corrigenda are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Contract Supervisor to supervise of a team of multi-trade engineers and specialist sub-contractors to complete cyclic and reactive maintenance tasks.
The job is a predominantly based at our local Southampton office, but occasional visits to our head office in Whiteley and working / visiting sites may be required.
Key Responsibilities Include
(but not limited to):
• Assist with the daily delivery, implementation and on-going development of contracts
• Deputise for Contract Manager during periods of absence
• Provide technical and practical support to engineers
• Carry out site visits as required, survey works and produce quotations
• Ensure labour resources are planned for the works and coordinated. Help develop realistic working programmes
• Keep daily check on labour resourcing to ensure smooth running of jobs and minimal waste of labour time onsite
• Site Materials: ensure materials are available for the works to proceed and check pre-ordered materials available. During site visits check material requirements for the jobs and order if required to ensure sites are kept fed with materials to avoid labour stoppages. Check material quality as per specification or client requirements and ensure timely delivery
• Carry out audit checks to ensure documentation / paperwork submitted and completed correctly
• Ongoing site monitoring of H&S compliance which includes inspections and compliance checks
• Produce risk / method statements (RAMS) as required to safely complete works
• Maintain a safe working environment for engineers, end users on site and general public at all times
• Provide additional onsite support where required
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
Essential
• A suitable City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification
• Professional and confident in a client facing environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation
• Full driving licence
• Pass DBS / Police background checks for working in schools / Police stations etc
Desirable
• Commercial gas qualification/experience
