Mechanical Planned Servicing and Reactive Repairs for Portsmouth City Council

Contract description

Portsmouth City Council wish to ensure the safety of their residents, the general public, staff, clients, visitors, young and vulnerable persons with regards to mechanical services provided by Churches on behalf of the council. This is achieved by ensuring all properties and buildings under the control of the Council reach and are maintained to the current Statutory Requirements including ECA, NICEIC, REFCOM, FGas, Gas Safe, HVCA, OFTEC and CHAS. These properties and buildings include primary and secondary schools, museums, care homes, libraries and civic offices.

Services include – Periodic servicing and monitoring of Mechanical and Electrical items such as boilers, air conditioning units, air source heat pumps, lighting protection – 24 hour reactive call out service.

Urgent major repair work up to the value of £100,000.
