Mechanical Planned Servicing and Reactive Repairs for Southampton City Council

Contract description

The works comprise of the maintenance and servicing of the Mechanical equipment in over 100 council buildings including schools, libraries, housing, family and community centres. Servicing work includes mechanical and gas compliance, biannual AC plant for FGas compliance and L8 water quality and legionella compliance.

Capital expenditure analysis is regularly carried out to aid in the council’s budget planning procedures. Churches also provide a 24 hour call-out cover to attend equipment breakdowns.

A full reporting and KPI programme is adhered to by Churches on behalf of the client.
