Contract description

The prime aim of this Contract is to facilitate the safe and uninterrupted provision of services being delivered from the full range of properties. It is essential that the buildings remain safe, dry, and functional. Contractors appointed will work in collaboration with officers to ensure that:

  • Buildings remain in operational condition
  • Plant and materials are serviced and maintained to ensure legal compliance, efficiency and reliability
  • Where failures of plant or materials arise, they are repaired in a diligent fashion with minimal disruption to the users of each building.

Contract details

Corrigenda were awarded the mechanical and electrical lots within the East side of the county. The Services consist of reactive and cyclical maintenance to the mechanical and electrical services within the Client’s premises.
