Corrigenda are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a three year contract for the Gas Servicing Contract at University of Southampton. This contract has a approx. value of £95K per annum and covers Gas Servicing, Callout Services and Upgrade Works.
We will be covering the maintenance of the Universities gas appliances in accordance with current legislation and best practice. The contract also covers annual gas safety testing to ensure the efficient, effective, and safe operation of all equipment listed on the University managed asset list. The contract requirement also includes provision for upgrade, replacement and asset refresh as instructed from time to time.
The University consists of halls of residencies properties and four main academic sites that this contract will cover;-
- the University’s Avenue Campus
- the University’s Boldrewood Campus
- the University’s Highfield Campus
- the Winchester School of Art
- Main halls of residence properties
